Welcome to Sakka Tools (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our application, website, APIs, and services (“Service”), which are hosted and operated using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Use of the Service
a. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to use certain features. Authentication may be handled via Google Identity Platform or third-party OAuth providers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
b. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt GCP services or infrastructure
- Upload or distribute malicious software
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) unless authorized
3. Data and Content
a. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit or upload to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
b. Storage and Processing
User data is stored and processed securely on Google Cloud Platform services, such as:
- Google Cloud Storage
- Firestore / Cloud SQL / BigQuery
- Google Compute Engine / Cloud Run
We take reasonable measures to ensure data integrity and security, but we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
4. Third-Party Services
Our Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Maps API, Firebase, external APIs). These services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for any third-party services or content.
If you use features that rely on Google services (like Google Maps, Firebase Auth, or Google Analytics), you are also subject to Google’s Terms of Service and related API usage policies.
5. Service Availability
We strive to ensure high availability and performance of the Service, leveraging the scalability of GCP. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, or issues within GCP infrastructure beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service and related content (excluding User Content) are owned by Sakka Tools or its licensors. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated in these Terms.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the Service will cease, and any stored data may be deleted unless otherwise required by law or agreement.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sakka Tools will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruptions, even if we were advised of the possibility.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sakka Tools, its affiliates, and its personnel from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Economic Courts.
